Processing Time 

Processing time is from when the order is placed, to when it is shipped. The standard duration is 5 to 7 days, unless otherwise specified (custom orders may take a longer amount of time than sold color sets). Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Rush Orders

Need your nails ASAP? Add Rush Order to your cart to expedite processing time. Orders will be started within 12hrs since placed and shipped max three days after. Please let us know if there is a specific time the order is needed so we can do our best to accommodate you. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges based on sizing; nail sizing is customers responsibility. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at tias.naillab@gmail.com.
